In group work with Christine Abella and Meredyth Pray, we worked on a Grant Proposal to research the impact of social support on healthcare access for former foster youth transitioning to adulthood. The proposal consists of a needs assessment, significance, goals, objectives, hypothesis, theory and models, description of intervention, study design, timeline, data collection, clear independent, dependent, confounder variables, strategies to account for confounders, threats, and bias during data analysis, enrollment and recruitment strategies, inclusion and exclusion criteria, partnerships, and the contribution of our study to former foster youth health outcomes.
