CHS211A & CHS211B: Program Planning, Research, and Evaluation in Community Health Sciences - UCLA

In group work with Autumn Frlekin, Maddie Alpert McCarty, and Natalie Pulvino, we worked on a Program Description and Program Evaluation Plan to reduce the rates of infants born with Low Birth Weight (LBW). We created a problem statement (i.e., needs assessment, target population, risk factors, economic consequences), program description (i.e., program rationale, goal, SMART objectives, strategies and activities, implementation plan description, and timeline), logic model, program evaluation plan description (i.e., research questions, research design, hypothesis, sampling strategy, recruitment, inclusion and exclusion criteria, data collection methods, data analysis, ethical considerations, validity, limitations).
